Spinning disk attachment

This spinning disk attachment was developed by IGEBA for improving the aerosol fog of knapsack sprayers. It allows an extremely fine application of valuable chemicals and provides maximum efficiency in their distribution.

The Spinning disk attachment contains an internal propeller, which is powered at high speed by the airflow (blue arrows) of the mist blower. When the air volume of the knapsack sprayer is big enough, the rotation of the internal propeller can reach up to 20.000 rpm. Interchangeable jets in the fluid supply line allow precise discharge of the solution.

Additionally to the IGEBA knapsack sprayer, it fits all units with an air volume of min. 600 m3/h such as Maruyama, Solo, Taral etc.
